I flashed my phone a while back, bout a month ago, and I finally got around to calling my customer service about an issue (not regarding flash) and when I went to select 1 for english, it doesn't acknowledge my selection. Even when trying to use my voicemail, it's unable to notice my password. Nothing.
Anyone ever had this problem after flashing ? If so is there a solution to it ?

Sounds like the phone's 1 button isn't sending through, for now just call Customer service on a land line or another cell. but if you can back up your phone and monster pack it with your favorite flex.

When I push the 1, i have that setup. It's not the voicemail that's the problem, like accessing it.
However I am unable to navigate myself around through that or any kind of automated system.
