Recently applied for sales rep position at tmobile and wondering if anyone out there could out line the process. I just submitted yesterday and was wondering the average application review time. Any tips or advance would be most welcome. I am a computer science major I am 18 and live in the great orange county area. Thanks and hope to hear from you all.

have a good voice and sound happy and enthusiastic and like you care about the customer would be my guess.

yea i wanan get a job for tmo but hard cuz i look like crap on paper but i know alot about phones but no work experience pretty much.

go in and talk to a manager at the store you want to get hired at, if they like you they will put you into the next step which is this annoying test you have to take that they email to you. then if they like you they will set up an interview. On the interview make sure you are very out going, wear a dress shirt and slacks and be ready to answer the standard questions like - what did you like best/least about your old job? tel me about your most satisfying sales experience? and a whole load of ther retarded questions, just be ready to tell some bs, lol.
