i just bought a new micro sd memory card for the rizr and when i try connecting it to my comp, nothing happens. in the manual, it says to open "my computer" and u will see "removable disk" but i dont see it. so now i can't send or transfer mp3s onto my phone. what also sucks, is mobile tools wont recognize my phone and its not even listed on the phone list. please someone help me.

goto the settings into connections, select USB Storage not Modem

hey yanndaman.which version of mobile phone tools are u using? i have a rizr too but i dunno which version to use. i checked the rizr website and it says PC220. I was wondering if version 4.0 works or not
