Flashed 7.D0 bootloader, Motorola RSD Lite won't recognize

My phone was flashed to become a 7.D0 bootloader, and now Motorola RSD Lite wont recognize it! I cant reflash it, what should I do?

does the phone start up ok?
Does it start in bootloader?

Its a RAZR V3
Its starts and everything
I try getting it into bootloader but it doesnt turn on or anything

You must have a bootloader if the phone starts ok.
Sometimes with bootloader 7.D0 the screen displays all blank even though it is in bootloader. Does RSD Lite recognise the phone at all?

No, not at all. Phone Tools does, not even P2Ktools notices the phone.

I would clean and reinstall the drivers again as per the getting connected guide in the knowledge base
