Just wondering if anyone knows...
Right now I have Nextel and want to switch to Sprint. I can switch to Sprint without having to pay a ETF, right?
What if I buy a MOTOKRZR from LetsTalk [dot] com and a new Sprint contract, can I still avoid the ETF somehow?

If you are getting a 'New' contract from Letstalk then you would pay an ETF. To switch from Nextel to Sprint is considered 'upgrading' so it would pay commissions differently.

What you need to do is a “migration” to Sprint from Nextel. There is NO etf to do this. However they will make you sign a new two year contract to do so. Uurah!

That would be the way to do it to avoid the ETF, but he is not going to be able to get a phone from Letstalk.com, his best bet would be to do it over the phone with Sprint Customer Service.
