Help I have a Motorola V3 and just switched from T Mobil to cingular I did get the unlock code and the phone works but can not reconfigure from T Mobil Internet to Cingular I spoke with cingular but for some reason T Mobil does not have web session so I can not edit anything I spoke with T Mobil and they claim they can not help I also spoke with Motorola and they say the samething Is there anyway I can have all the features of Cingular and get rid of T Mobil PLEASE HELP

You need the cable then you need to install the drivers (there is a guide for this in the tutorial section).
Locate RSD Lite using google (warez so we cannot give links) use this to open the file and hit start.
Alternatively you can seem edit to enable the menus - but overall a Cingular flex will probably be easier

what is a cingular flex??? what version of RSD Lite 2.1.8 is what I found

That should be fine.
A cingular flex will change all the files and settings on the phone to stock cingular - there are several at http://www.planetmotox.net/flexlash.php
