Good Morning!
I hope that I do not offend anyone by posting my question here but this looks like a very knowledgeable group and I am not sure where else to go.

I am considering signing up with my mom on the cingular family plan and see that I can get 900 minutes if I sign up through Mobilmedia and only 600 minutes if I sign up for the very same plan through Cingular. How can this be??

I also want a phone that can serve my MP3 needs so I can store a few CD’s worth of songs. Bluetooth is also important. Again Mobilmedia is offering the Sony Ericson W810i free after rebate and it is 79.99 after rebate from Cingular. My other concern is that I cannot contact Mobilmedia to ask any of these questions directly. There is no phone number on the website for customer service.

Any help would be great!!

Uh
FT plans go like this

550R FT - 59.99 for two lines
700R FT - 69.99 for two lines
1400R FT - 89.99 for two lines
2100R FT - 109.99 for two lines

and anything more, like 3000, 4000, and 6000 you can see at our website.

There is no 900 or 600 FT plans we give to our customers - 900 for 59.99 is for ONE line only.

Right, you have to remember Cingular has authorized dealers that will have better deals than cingular, for instance, Cingular offers the LG Cu500 for 49.99 after rebate, from my company, an authorized retailer, its the same price, but we also have a buy one get one deal. 99.99 with a 50 rebate for the first phone and 49.99 with a 50 rebate for the second phone.

Thanks for the reply. I was wrong about the monthly fee. It was individual not family.
I called sprint to cancel and they made me an offer too good to refuse.
Two new FREE Sanyo M1 phones, on a 2 phone plan for 39.99 per month with the 2nd phone free and month to month contract.
Pretty good service if you ask me!
What is the best way to recognize the person who helped me when I am sure she is one in a sea of thousands?
Does anyone know much about this phone? I can't find a review or discussion of it on this site??
THanks Again! icon_biggrin.gif
