The phone doesn't work in flash mode. The phone is working fine for everything until you put it in flash mode. Windows and RSD will detect the phone in normal mode but as soon as it tries to switch to flash mode the phone disconnects and cant be seen from windows or RSD.

The flash interface does not install when the phone is connected in flash mode and on the phone the boot loader screen does not show that it is connected either. I have tried putting it in boot loader with #* power and then connecting it but it still has the same problem.

I have connected a different v3 phone and it works normally without any problems flash drives install etc and on the phone boot loader says the its connected and ready to flash.

The 2 razers have the same firmware and boot loader etc
Boot loader
07.e0
SW Version
R374_G_0e.40.64r

any ideas how to fix this problem?

Try using a different USB port, and make sure the driver gets installed properly, the Flash Interface driver

Hi

Have tested it on 2 pcs and on different usb ports

The Flash driver doesnt install when the phone is in the boot loader even if I manually put it in boot loader with # * and then connect it after. The phone isnt recognised by Windows or any application. The phone doesnt recognise that it is connected either as the boot loader screen would normally says its connected.

I even tried the Motorola update program and it fails at the same point where it puts the phone in flash mode and then cant see the phone anymore.

I have done exactly the same with a second RAZR V3 and its works perfectly and the Flash driver installs

I also connect the phone after the flash driver installed when the second phone was connected but it still doesnt detect the phone is there.
Help!!!
