i'm planning on getting a t-mobile plan soon and i live in the detroit area in Michigan and in this sites coverage area search everyone has said that t-mobile has crap reception. My manager at the place that i call has T-mobile and he never has any problems with it. what i'm asking is, is the T-mobile coverage in the Detroit area in michigan really as bad as the people in the review section say it is?

Oh my God! Sir_GoAtaLot is a rep of T-Mobile. It's absoultly the worse company. Please read further before make a decision on which cell phone company to use. My best advice is do not get into a contact with any cell phone company. Like T-mobile they hold all the Aces and you only get screwed.

I've been a excellent customer as quoted by T-Mobile and the one time I have an issue with them and THEIR mistake I was completely ignored and told there was nothing they can do. Yes they are a good company if you pay your bills and never have a problem but isn't that true of all companies.

Don't sign up with T-Mobile!!!! Do some research before getting involved with the devil. I, like many, many others is going to make it my mission to tell everyone what a bad company T-Mobile is.

ok, my area would get 3-4 bars. i didn't think to look there because i thought it would be like any other carriers map and just show witch areas that they have any coverage in.

T-Mobile mistakes? lol

your the one the through out your box that the phone came in. and your the one that never read your Terms and condtions.
if your don't pay your bill or refuse to pay your bill we turn your service off. this goes for all customers. now there is some cases that will need looking into and we know this hince why we have a Customer Relations Team and a Business Care Offline Team to handle these cases. Also if you destored or through out Rebate information or any information that we may need to give you anything than thats not our problem or fault it's yours.

Amazing how many people are catching on........my current provider is the best I have ever seen, and it IS NOT this specific carrier.

I suggest all users shop around, there are some very good companies out there, and they don't plant their supporters/employees (LOL) on these sites icon_smile.gif

I don't work for T-Mobile or at a dealer--they're just my phone provider. Coverage in the Detroit area is fine, as far as I have experienced.
