Thanks "mebuddy6"!
I have just ordered the phone last night, so I don't know which firmware it is loaded with.
The memory card you are using, which brand is it ?

Hi,

My firmware is D900B0FJ1, anyone know if the 2GB card will work or am I going to have to flash?

The only references to this firmware when googled are all in German!

I had the old 2gb flash card problem, and upgraded the flash to D900DXFJ2, but it only had the .cla file and not the .tfs file, seemed to work ok, 2gb card no problem, but then noticed when you push up arrow to get the 'my menu' the phone crashes and reboots, same if you got to edit the 'my menu' from phone settings, trying D900JPFG6 next, this has the .tfs file. we'll see?

yes, the same thing happened with me. the 'my menu' screen and the 'world clock' or 'time zone' crashes as well.

did you resolve this using a firmware with the tfs?

i really want the d900dxfj2 firmware but am wondering why there is no TFS file.

ALSO.i erased my NOR and NAND, and when i tried to flash with just the D900DXFJ2 cla file, the phone will not boot up. is this because i do not have a TFS file?

and now at the moment, when i load onenand downloader and click start, i try to power on my phone but nothing. is this because the battery is dead? or is my phone screwed?

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR BEST CHANCE OF FINDING A WORKING MICRO SD CARD for the D900 is to buy th sandisk 1GB or 2GB card. transcend works wit it also, but stick wit sandisk, i bought a 2GB lexar card and it gave d same problem. suh as i said b4 stick wit sandisk.
