According to Cingular Sales Portal, Cingular will be releasing the V3xx to the North American Market, January 26th, 2007. This version of the immensely popular Razr will include Quadband GSM/GPRS 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 as well as Dual band UMTS 850, and 1900. It also has a micro SD slot for upto 2gb of ringtones, music, videos and pictures. It will feature a 1.3 MP camera as well as video share for Cingular's new service. Slightly longer and slightly thicker to accomidate 3G electronics, the phone is still the same look.
Looks to be a popular phone to compete with the LG CU500 and CU400 Handsets.
Best Part? To compete with the CU500 the price is going to be drastically lower than previous RAZRs at only 129.99 with a 50 MIR, net cost to the customer 79.99 plus tax.

Wow, deja vu...))
I just wish Cingular could get us 3G here in MS already. Being the armpit of the world (thanx, person in Boston, just what a bunch of Katrina survivors want to hear), we are always on the ass end of cool stuff roll-outs. But we are patient, so we'll see it eventually.
In the meantime, I can enjoy this cool new phone, I guess.
