According to Cingular Sales Portal, Cingular will be releasing the V3xx to the North American Market, January 26th, 2007. This version of the immensely popular Razr will include Quadband GSM/GPRS 850, 900, 1800, and 1900 as well as Dual band UMTS 850, and 1900. It also has a micro SD slot for upto 2gb of ringtones, music, videos and pictures. It will feature a 1.3 MP camera as well as video share for Cingular's new service. Slightly longer and slightly thicker to accomidate 3G electronics, the phone is still the same look.

Looks to be a popular phone to compete with the LG CU500 and CU400 Handsets.

Best Part? To compete with the CU500 the price is going to be drastically lower than previous RAZRs at only 129.99 with a 50 MIR, net cost to the customer 79.99 plus tax.

I REALLY hope those price points are correct. As much as I've enjoyed the Dolce & Gabbana V3i, I"m kinda bored with it & ready for something new (my downfall in my mobile phone life, as opposed to my girlfriend who still has her V3 I bought her 3 or so years ago).

Where are you seeing this information? I certainly don't doubt your info at all, I'd just like to peruse that portal for myself.

Thanx, Geri O

Ease up, Malibu. I NEVER EVER said you were lying, nor did anyone else. I don't see the need for the defensive posture. Having said that, I'll be the guy in line behind you to get one....icon_surprised.gif)) What a deal, too.

Being in MS, I doubt they will be in our local stores today, but I'm gonna call a couple of them and see. I might get lucky, though.

ROFL, cool. See you there..icon_surprised.gif))

Actually, I did find one today, but I hit a snag. Back in November, I had bought a 3125 and took it back the next day. Since I had to renew the contract to get the upgrade price, they were supposed to undo the new contract and I have the paperwork showing that they did. But today, they still had me as renewing the contract in November. So when I get that straight, I'll have me a new V3xx. Can't wait.
