GPRS not responding on Motorola RIZR Z3

i just bought my phone and its unnlockd soi put my t-mobile sim card in it and i upgraded my bill to have web on it. but when i try to connect to the web it says GPRS network not available!! how can i make it work! please help ASAP!

You need the settings sent to your phone - you should be able to do this from their website

for some reason i cant get the clock to display on my Rizr Z3. I dont know why though, i tried goin to the settings n then initial set up but it still wont show up. on the other Rizr that a relative of mine has it shows. anybody know how i can make it work? thanks

My phone is doing the GPRS thing also but I have cingular and they dont have my phone on their website so I cant find a tutorial on it. and of course since I didnt pay my money to the cingular gods they cant help me with any setup
