I would like to crop or edit a song so that it plays from a set position as a ring tone. Does anyone know of a program that will do this?

Which file format is the ringtone?
If it's mp3 you can easily do it with every audio editing tool like e.g. Goldwave.

Can easily edit the sogs with the Mp3 editor like FlexiMusic Wave Editor. Save the songs as Mp3 or wav file format, select the portion of the Mp3 (song) of your choice and then trim out the part of song that is out of selection. Now upload the selected part of song to play as ring tone of your mobile.
