i had a cingular rokr fone and it broke under warranty and cingular sent me a new razr instead because i didnt want the rokr anymore
.i already sent back my rokr but now i cant upload games from my comp to my phone.ive deducted that i have to unlock the java app loader, and ppl have said to do the opcodes(where you press menu- *048263 ) but when i do that nothing happens and the phone has not responded to any method i have seen online.i was wondering if any one has any suggestions.

i need the drivers now and i cant find them anywhere
i have the modem driver and the usb driver but i need:
the motorola accessory driver,
the Data Logging MCU Drvier
and test command interface
any help with getting those would b much apprciated.

Have you downloaded the motorola driver install tool also from motodev? Check the getting connected guide in the tutorial section

feeling like a pain in the @$$ but i got the drivers and now i dont kop what program to use to send the games i tried using midway but it keeps saying theres a timeout when i try to send the games.

You don't need PST - the UID program can be used to enable the app loader instead - thats why I linked you to it  We are not allowed to link to PST

yea i activated the two things in the UID program but when i tried to put a .jad file on through midway it gave me this:
Opening JAD file.[OK]
Connecting the phone.[TIMER EXPIRED]
Downloading canceled.
in the directions it says to goto a menu and put something about open connection but i dont c that menu on my fone

Do you have the .jar as well as .jad file?
Make sure the .jad points at the .jar correctly - the easiest way to do this is use jadmaker to create a new .jad file
