if ur nokia phone 6630 or over v. 5 or over
you can make a manual format
1 - turn ur mobile off
2 - press ( 3 + * + green key ) at last turn on ur mobile
wait 2 apper location chooise
select ur country and ur lock code return to the normal code ( 12345 )

Unlocking isn't formatting!
And you security code (which you confuse here with the lock code) won't be resettet bye formatting the phone.
