i have installed the phone tools and when i went to files transfer and try to put the files .jar, or .jad, or .jad &.jar into the mobile, the program repply with a error message like this: you can' t put this (kind of files).
so first of all i ve to send my phone to motorola factory, isnīt it?

No - you can do it yourself - but we really need to know what model it is.
Some CDMA models use brew and not java so its not possible to install games.
Some models with memory card install through phone menu.
Most models need the java app loader enabling using either PST as in that guide, manual seem edit, or the UID tool from www.motodev.com

I missed the v360 in thread title - ok that means it has a micro sd card slot and you should be able to copy the game to the card then select install in the java apps menu

so, i don't need to download any programs from net or install them? is it just to put yhe game im micro SD and open the java apps(but java apps are pre-installed on mobile)?
Exactly you transfer the jar to the sd card, then you go into your apps and there'll be a install new app option select and select the file and it will install
