My phone is 4 week years old and somthing wrong happen with the software I think with camera especially I sent it back to the provider for the software warrenty but they fail to fix it ,Now when I start the phone white screen just appear then it turn off .I need some one tell what to do ,pepol I live in Iraq and there is no one as an official from sonyericssn company to help me Just tell me what to do?

throught seus ? what you mean ?is seus a software and from where I'll get it ,,and please how can I update my phone while it's turn off how?

wotan what about this pal what you mean by would you tell me please caust my phone is not detected by PC when I plug usb in ?
