I think it's also a matter of expectation I hear. "you are supposed to have the lowest dropped calls" about 10 times a day from customers. they expect premium service pay little more for it etc ranging between the companies but you gotta look at the demographic of customers attracted to the company they chose/get I do congradulate t-mobile and everyone else working in every customer service company treat folks like you want to be treated when you call in and it should be all good !

I called in yesterday to ask a question about how to make an international call to Scotland, because I was receiving them but not able to call out. I didn't have the +447 in front of the number.

Customer service was super nice to me and the woman on the other end even went as far to tell me how much each minute was when calling Scotland, and informed me of how much it would be if I called Scotland while OVER my minutes, the she even told me my current amount of minutes used and how many I had left, and when they started back at 0. Super nice and thanked me for being a customer at the end of the call. That's how T-Mobile does it!

T-Mobile has done right by me so far. I hope they get more coverage though. And figure out how to get MyFaves to work on any phone! (sans UI)

PSST - I didn't tell you this, but MyFaves does work on any phone. You just don't get the neat interface and have to control your numbers on T-Mob.com instead of the phone. But you didn't hear it from me.

when you have a problem all they do is keep repeating thier self and never solve the problem. i order a new phone for mt birthday and have now been charged for three all at different prices and i only got one phone. and it has been two months of fighting with them and still no resolution in sight. kc
