i have had t-mobile for 6 years. i have had awesome service and not that great service. i have had people know what they are doing and some that could not chew gum and walk at the same time. but it is better than most that i have dealt with. and it is due to the companies goal that is passed down to all employees. it is the little things that set companies apart. because the major things every one is already doing.
but compaired to most of the service out there, that is pretty sad that T-mobile has led the pack for so long.
this is to give praise to all the customer service reps in every company out ther that take pride in their job.
Hopefully, the CEO's take a reality check and realize that the goals and evaluation methods used in most call centers are actually counter productive to the overall goals of the company. short terms gains in profit level are disasterous for long term strength, stability, growth and overal profitability.
