Problems downloading videos to Sony Ericsson W810i

I just up graded to the w810i from the w6oo and BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I LOOOVE IT! BUT it seems when I try to download a music video to it, it wont play. It is saved on the phone memory stick , but it wont play, the only option for that peticular video is to "send" via bluetooth or whatever. WHAT GIVES? I alread know how to convert it to size ( at least i think so) but when it shows up on my phone in the videos section it has a blue diamond next to the video name. (what does that mean?) CAN ANYONE SHED A LIGHT ON THIS?

are you sure you concerted it to the right format? ie 3gp

yes I did put in the right format 3gp, I just wont play when download it onto my sony ericsson w810i--and when it shows the video name it has a blue diamond next to it. I'm at my wits end!

well last night I stayed up, and figured out what I was doing wrong, I did have it in the wrong format when I converted it! God! Anyways thanks
