Please help,I need to unlock Motorola V190,I just bought from Radio shack today, Motorola V190 from Cingular with Pay As You Go .I'd like to use this phone oversea.When I put T-mobile SIM card in,it ask for the Subsidy Password. Please help.

Call cingular and ask them for it, tell them you're going overseas.

I called Cingular and they said only after being with them for 90 days and call back they will help to get Subsidy password,other than that no way around to get the code.

I believe you can unlock using P2k Easy Tools with bootloader lower that 08.A0 hold # and * while powering up to get bootloader version.
