I've been sent a few video messages recently, but all that I'm able to see is a black screen with the audio. Is there a way to get the video from this? Even if I'm not able to display it on my phone (although it would be nice if I could), is there a way to view it with the phone plugged into my computer? Thanks.

Could be a problem with the display resolution or codec. You can copy the file to computer easy enough - www.mobiledit.com would be one way

Hm. I downloaded MOBILedit! and got my phone hooked up to it. It wouldn't let me copy the video message over directly, because apparently the only thing that the actual message contained was | Quote: | | /a/mobile/mms/11#####124.inbexqsbt0ncu6f###@w.tmomail.net |
(#'s representing numbers that were there)
I tried saving the video to my phone and then copying it to my computer. I got the "video" copied to my computer, but all it was was the audio (and very distorted audio at that). Is there any way that I can get this? Thanks for your help.

You would need to save the video to the phone as you describe.
It sounds like the problem maybe the file itself - can you verify the file is correct with the sender?

This has happened with 3 different videos, and the sender says that he can see the video on his phone perfectly fine. I'm not sure what it is.
