Hello everyone,
I have the samsung t809 and I have had SEVERAL problems with it, and t-mobile thinks that it has something to do with samsung phones in my area. They told me to call back tomorrow, and that we will likely do a "Multiple Handset Exchange" for a new phone of a different brand.
Does anyone, by chance, know which phones they offer for the t809 in the multiple handset exchange ?
Thanks!

Nah, Multiple exchanges give you a different brand of handset normally. I'm not sure what the T809's multiple is. They'll tell you before you go through the whole process.

Well the phones that they are offering at this time is the Motorola Razr V3 and the Nokia 6101. I hade the same problem with them and refused to take the downgrade. Now I have the Nokia 5300 which is a hell of a lot better. I had 3 replacement phones with the Samsung T809. Don't let them try to talk you into a downgraded phone.
