when i go to my camera on my motorola v220 it go to it the screen be black then it exits out can some one help me out

Flashing a monsterpack would eliminate software. If there is still an issue its hardware - probably a bad / loose connection

You can do it yourself, but if you are worried about warranty then yes return it

Find RSD Lite using google (warez so no links) install drivers find a monsterpack then hit start
|
