I have a v3i, I put songs in the sound area and they play fine with the phones player. When I close the phone the songs stop though. What settings should I put to have it play when the cover is closed?
It's kind of pointless to have a phone that's a mp3 player if you have to keep it open to play mp3's.

When you start playing the song, press the 'HIDE' (right-soft) button to exit from that screen and then exit all the way back out to the main screen. When you do this, you'll see a FF and RW button for your songs. Enjoy closing your phone!
(Note: You'll have to change songs before one ends or it will close itself. Solution? Create playlists!)

Thanks for the info but when I press play, the song starts and the right soft says details. I don't see anything that says HIDE any ideas?
