I'm thinking about buying LRG SK3 thats unlocked. It says its unlocked for Cingular but i heard SK3's cant be unlocked. Is this true? If I take it to cingular is there an activation fee?

Yes, the SK3 can be unlocked. And you can use the SK3 on Cingular. However, the proxy settings from Danger is only for T-Mobile, meaning you can only use the SK3 for voice on Cingular's network. If you want a SK3, and use it completely, you'd have to get a T-Mobile account.
