I have a Motorola V3, and i got it over seas cause my regular T-Mobile Phone broke.
but.
when i try to send an MMS template or Picture mssg i get a message that says, Unable to Send. Resend Now?
nothing i try ever works.
AND.
when i receive picture mssgs or MMS templates, it doesnt download the pic. or open it. and it takes forever to tell me that it would not download the picture.
y is this happening?
and ive already tried T-Mobiles Device Configuration on their website. and not even that worked.
i need help, so if someone could please help me, that would be nice

1.) Go to T-Mobile's website and type the word configure
2.) click on: Begin using the T-Mobile Wireless Configurator
3.) select your manufacturer and then model of phone
4.) then: Set up t-zones / T-MobileWeb
this will send a browser msg to your phone, follow instructon
5.) then: Set up picture and video messaging
another browser msg, follow instructions
You need tzones in order to pic msg, so you do need to send both settings to your phone. The only people who need to call Tech for this are the ones whose phones are not listed. This whole process takes about 5 mins to complete. It's easier to do like this than to have tech read you step by step what to do over the phone.
Oh, once you get done sending the settings to your phone send 2 pictures to your own phone using 11 digit dialing. First one opens the pathway to the system and the second one should be delivered.

Delete all your messages off the phone and try the update again.
