This is a strange request. I recently got a new job and had to turn my old Cingular razr in to my previous employer. Now I have a new razr on a personal Verizon account. I thought I had all my phonebook data backed up, but I lost it. I just found a bunch of backups I did when I had my cingular V551. Is there anyway I can view my old phonebook data via the files on the PC? If so, which files contain that data?
Thanks in advance JW

The backup copy I have is either from MPT of Motokit. Again, I just want to be able to extract the data and view the phonebook. I'l then manually copy it back to my new phone.

If MPT, the data can be opened with Microsoft Excel or a free program capable of viewing .csv files there's some minor programming, but it is easy to pull the numbers and names

Any clue what file I need to open? Here are the files with phonebook in the name exactly as they're seen in the backup folder:
phonebook create new 30x30 c.fig 27
phonebook loading 30x30 c.gif 6
phonebook mailing list 30x30 c.gif 29
phonebook no image 30x30 c.gif 32
phonebook sim entry 30x30 c.gif 46
I tried opening up all of them in either notepad or excel and didn't see any good data.
Thanks for the reply

Those are image files not the actual phonebook
If you only have the files from the phone rather than a dedicated backup of the phonebook using MPT, mobiledit of similar you are going to struggle - I don't know anyway to recover the data just from the phones files.
A MPT backup should be a .csv file

Yep, a .CSV file and it would be named whatever you named it when you backed up with MPT
