Pulled Straight from T-Mobile.com
International Text Messaging
Text messages sent from the US or Canada to an international wireless phone number cost only $0.15 per message.
If you're outside the US and Canada, text messages sent anywhere are just $0.35 each.
Wherever you are, text messages you receive cost $0.10 each or are pulled from your feature bucket of messages.

Yext message bundle charge is for the US only, sending SMS outside of US is $.15 per message even with the paid messaging, if you're internationally roaming it's .35 per message, if you use Internet it's also a chage per KB and they charge a fortune for using your phone on cruise ships
