Ok, so my RAZR is pretty much the worst phone I've had. I've had it since last April. There is absolutely NO way that I can keep it for 14 more months to upgrade, so.I am going to buckle down and get a new phone from eBay. I am looking for one in the $150 range. I would LIKE for it to have MP3 player capabilities, a camera, and Bluetooth. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

*EDIT*:I just noticed that the new Sidekick 3 is compatible with 850 and 1900 bands.so, that means it would work with Cingular everyhwere? What about texts and pixture messages?

Well, I dont know about the sidekick, But since I dont have Cingular, I dont know what bands are what. But, A friend of mine has the new red SYNC and another has the regular black, and i must say a very nice phone, quad band, EDGE, 3G, and full HTML browser, Plus reviews say it has stellar call quality.

Thats my reccomendation

sidekick you would have to make sure its unlocked and I've heard some of the sidekicks internet is not able to be set up on other service providers. most phones you change the settings and you are fine.

Bottom Line: that price range I'd be surprised to find a phone with the capabilities listed,

Also, the Sidekick 3 will not fully work w/ Cingular, the picture messaging will never work neither will the internet, but text should work fine as will calling

I'm curious as to why you have such a passionate hate for the RAZR, I had one for about 2 years had no real problems with it. It's a delicate phone so you can't drop it alot or it won't last

Well, I like my RAZR for a while, then all of a sudden it would start doing things. Like, in the middle of a call, I would hear a sound, and my phone would reset, thus dropping the call. Also, in the middle of texting someone, it would reset. Also, something very weird that it does is that will be on, and it looks like it's working normally, but you can't call or text from it! It just doesn't let you. So, I will then turn the phone off then back on, and I'll have a bunch of voice mail and text messages. It's almost like it just detaches itself from my network. It's really weird sometimes.

sounds like a manufacturing defect, if you've had it less than a year give motorola a call, they can replace it or repair it free of charge as per the warranty.

If you did like your razr then look into a v3xx. It's a really good phone. Same good reception/call quality as the v3. It has a redesigned interface and has NO bugs that I have come across. I had the same problem with all of my RAZR's. I probably had 13 of them. But v3xx is what I recommend.
