hello, everybody!
I want to converter my video to 3gp formate, but I don't know which is the best setting for my Nokia 6230
what tools do you use?

There not much to do.
The settings for 3gp are quite fixed. The easiest way would be using PC Suite.
Just start the Nokia Multimedia Player (part of PC Suite) of it, open the file you want to convert and select "Save as". Don't forget to remove the size limit in the "Save as" windows (bottom of it).
This works with most files.
Unsupported files can be formated with "Super".

There are many converters but if you want just blame old 3gp there is no need of any settings. I use total video converter for converting vids.Its not free but worth of buying.

For good sound and video quality i suppose. and for other format conversions like ogg wma mp3 amr awb etc

I know a shareware could setting the Bit rate, Frame rate by yourself: Imtoo 3GP video converter
And you can browes there homepage to find which is the best setting for your phon
But it not free

Try using yasa 3gp video converter to convert video to 3gp mp4 video.
