i am trying to run Bluehcat from getjar dot com(i can't put links in yet) on my razr v3
i alrady have it installed, the java menu and everything works fine, i just keep getting a messege saying "error, you can not run Bluechat since your phones does not have Java Bluetooth Enablement"
now, when i looked at the requirments for the app, it says i need
J2ME MIDP 2.0 and JSR-82 (Midlet Bluetooth enablement)
is there anyway for me to find this and download it to my razr so this can work?

I believe the Razr doesn't have the capability for that unless its the RAZR V3ROHS

Yes - you need CLDC 1.1 at least. The normal V3 only has CLDC 1.0

nevermind I misread rabid's reply plus it sounds kinda funny when you think about it.

I'm agree with Alexa. Have you tried SubliMobi bluetooth chat (http://www.sublimobi.com) ? It works on my mobile and it's free
