Sprint PCS is the worst cell company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

Network coverage: Bad - I roam like crazy. I get text messages days later. Customer service is OK if you can talk to someone that is not in India. They don't care about current customers, just how many new ones they can get. And don't even think about trying to leave, they'll do everything in their power to make it the most miserable experience you'll ever have.

Besides roaming everywhere I go. In the last six months my bill has had an error on it every time. They have had to correct about $2,000 worth of bogus charges. And every time they assure me and guarantee me this won't happen again, only to get my bill the following month and there is something else on it over charging me.

By the six month I'm about to go nucking futs! So, I called again and said I was done. Close my account, please and thank you. My billing cycle ended February 18, 2007 on a sunday and I had called Sprint Friday, Feb. 16 to cancel my contract. By Tuesday my phone was still working so I thought I'd give a call and see what was going on. And of course they didn't shut it off. So I said "SHUT IT OFF, NOW!" Sprint said "It'll be shut off March 18 at the end of my next billing cycle." WHAT. That's why I called before my billing cycle end in Febraury. All I got was "sorry sir there's nothing I can do. Now I have to wait 30 more days and pay another month of fees.

I guess you didn't read the rules before you posted. This forum is not to be used for personal attacks against companies. Take out the subjective narrative, reduce it to your experiences and maybe it could be considered a useful post to let someone know what they could face. If you took that same approach with the Customer Service Reps it's no wonder you didn't get taken care of all that well.

Well I'm not agree with you, I've used all the two companies cellular phone services, and completely satisfied with them. The evidence I want to show you to read first this review and then tell me. I think you are misguide from someone, please have a look at this review:

Sprint is one of the largest cellular providers in the United States. With its recent acquisition of Nextel, Sprint has expanded its network considerably in the last few years and continues to gain market share in an industry that is constantly in flux. One main draw to Sprint is their phone selection which is arguably better than most other cellular providers.

Sprint's own website is easy to navigate for someone who knows exactly what type of cellular plan they need. You can quickly get in, choose what plan you want, and sign up in minutes. Most of the time, your phone comes with free shipping, so you'll be up and running in no time. For those not as sure about what plan they want, Sprint also offers package deals to save you the trouble of figuring it all out.

Sprint phones have a variety of features depending on the phone that you end up purchasing. Entertainment features include watching live TV, playing games, listening to music and browsing the web. You can even play photographer and take pictures, send them and print them out. Sharing and making videos is also a neat feature. However, if you ever need to get work done too, you can check your mail, calendar and IM messages instantly.

Personalization is easy with cell phones today. Wallpaper, music, and ringtones are just some avenues to personalizing your phone. Sprint offers ringtone-compatible phones with their PowerVision, Vision and Multimedia series phones. Some Sprint phones even allow the use of video ringers in addition to monophonic, polyphonic and MP3 tones, albeit for the PowerVision series only.

If you are still not clear then you can come up with newer reply and I'm here as mobiledia forum member to facilitate you.

Thanks

PKA
