I have a Razr from T-Mobile. It is the 3rd one I have had and they are sending me a 4th one now. I can not get any reception even though I am in a populated area in Belmar, NJ. I get dropped calls and no reception in and around Belmar and my home everyday. They cant seem to get it in their heads that it is not a network problem.it is a phone problem. Every
Razr i have had has not worked for me in this town. My Nokia worked fine. They even charge me 15 dollars each time they ship me a phone which I dont plan on paying. This is ridiculous! I have been a customer before T-Mobile was even a company with Voicestream. The customer service really stinks. I think they outsource the customer service online and on the phone as I keep getting guys with names like Habib and Jahib !. Not your normal American name. I am fed up with T-Mobile and am going with Verizon Wireless. I dont plan on paying an early termination fee either. I will take them to court if need be. Anybody else with this problem? I am reporting them to BBB too!

hmm wow they shouldn't be charging you to ship the phone that dosent sound right at all cuz i have had problems with my cell and they just send one out. are you getting like 3day shipping then? and since it is your 4 handset tell them you are fed up and want a comparable device and they should change it for you.

Yes, I did request 2 day shipping for 15 dollars as they said if they shipped it regular it would be 10 dollars instead of 15 dollars and would take 7-10 days. They know this is my 4th phone but cant seem to get it in their heads that the problem is not with me or the network.it is the phone! Oy Vey.I just finished doing an online complaint to them and am on my way to Verizon Wireless for a better phone as T-Mobile wont give me one. They said I could get a loaner but I called all 3 local stores and none of them has had loaners available in months!
Thanks for your positive reply man.

first of all as far as reception with the razr V3, it is a horrible phone for getting signal, T-Mobile doesnt have the best signal to start with but the V3 makes it much worse,

as far as suing T-Mobile, i would recommend reading the terms and conditions as you would first have to go through the manditory arbitration process which is quite a hassle.

as far as paying for shipping, ask to speak to a supervisor and just calmly and kindly (without shouting or swearing) explain you dont believe you should have to pay for ground shipping if you have had to do 4 exchanges. the Reps and Supervisors are usually quite helpful and accepting as long as you are polite to them as well.
