good evening everyone,
I just bought a new RAZR on EBAY and when i turned it on it was in Spanish. I found out how to change it to English but there are still a few Spanish items on the phone. Where the main screen should say "Styles" it is in Spanish. Also in settings, the word personalize is spelled "personlise". Is there a way to correct this? Is there a way i can reset the software? Any help woould be appreciated. thanks.

Sounds like its in UK english, goto menu, settings, phone status, other information, then language list and post that number.

yep thats the UK engilsh package
one more thing, turn the phone off and hold the * and # keys while powering on and let me know what it says.
