a 3mb file and real player says its too big!!!
I play a 32 mb movie without any problems.
Where is the movie stored(on the phone memory or on the mmc)?
Well, u could try using pvplayer instead.

Oke. Didnt know that. Havent used pvplayer before.
If the movie is on ur phone memory, try moving it to the mmc.
Alternatively,
use a file manager like SeleQ to get the url.
If the file is in the phone memory, url should be::
C:\foldername\filename.
I the file is the mmc::
E:\foldername\filename
Find the url using SeleQ and then type that.
Try if this works.

When RealOne Player on your 3650 says the video clip is too large, it doesn't mean the video file size but the video frame size is too large.
(Video frame sizes greater than 352x288 px in either dimension cannot be played). It works fine with 176x144 px or less.
