to have 800 dollar overage charge thats 2000 min in usage you said 4 lines were cancled 4 etf's are 800 dollars what column of the bill summary are the charges in

I never understand the logic of "if it's not in the memos we can't credit it". If the rep forgot to make the change in the account what makes anyone think they would have noted it?

yes. if anyone accesses a tmo accoutn and does not note it, then a footprint memo is left indicating someone accessed and did not explain why they accessed it. they look very bad if the systme records a change and the rep does not state what they did manually.
