Last Sunday I upgraded my phone online. I am getting the Dash and I am excited so I selected express shipping. My phone still has not been shipped. I called and no one will give me any answers. Everyone I talked to claims they cannot tell me why my phone has not shipped.
To make matters worse, one rep that I talked too told me that my phone had shipped and that it should have been to me on Weds or Thursday. No phone showed up.
Each time they told me they would check back in with me in a few days. This is rediculous. All I really want is my phone and a reasonable answer as to why it hasn't shipped.
Why can't anyone give me answers? How do I get my shipping charges refunded?

Did you get the confirmation txt message yet? And have you tried doing a UPS tracking lookup?

I received the confirmation, but when I try to track the order on UPS it says that the information is not available.
Now they are telling me that the Dash is on backorder. So, I guess I will get it when I get it. Next time I will just go to a T-Mobile store.

so pretty much i am stuck.
i was just wondering if anyone has ordered a phone that ended up being on backorder, and how long it took them to receive it.

did you enter the tracking number with dashes in the number.and did are they still saying it was shipped already?

pink, when you next call T-Mobile tell them you should not have to pay express shipping when you did not recieve it express. do it very politely though. they shouldnt have a problem taking care of the express shipping charges for you.
as far as when you will recieve the phone, ask the rep to file a "handset research form" and then once that is done you can call back after about 72 hours and you should get a better answer, i admit its a bit longer then you should have to spend however this will be the fastest route to a resolution

i ordered minez in feb 28 and they said its on backorder and dont have a date or no info on it, so now i have to use my sk3 but i just sold it and using a old samsung phone,, but how lomg is it gonna take to come, she took away my express shippin and gave me 250 min for 3 months, but my cuzzin ordered a dash last week and got it in the mail but i order it and its now backordered
