The body of my Moto Razr V3i Phone got scratched next to the lens when i met with an accident and the metallic surface is now showing. Is it possible to replace the body of my phone.

Ouch! It can be replaced, but if you're not really good with disassembling very small and delicare assemblies, I'd let a shop do it or send it to Motorola. I had a scratch on the back of my Dolce & Gabbana V3i and it bugged me no end, but I finally got over it.
I actually found a V3 service manual on one of the unofficial V3 Razr sites, but I can't remember where and I have to run pretty quickly after I finish this. Do a search for "V3 Razr" and look through the various sites, it will probably turn up.
