Modify call volume on Motorola KRZR K1m?

I have a new K1M KRZR and I cannot figure out how to modify the earpeace volume.I read that u can use either P2K or Motosound, I cant figure out how to use either of them. Can someone HELP? Thanks.

They will increase the volume in sync with the phones current volume setting - you could set the volume level 2 and 3 to be the same for example.

Best to leave them alone IMO

I attempted to load the guide thats listed in this posting but the link doesnt work, any help? I too have the same issue where I cannot hear a damn call on this phone no matter who calls me, landline or cell.

I have same issue - can't get to link, can't hear my calls , can't find help on the web. did you ever figure out how to fix the problem?
