I like tmobile, i think they generally have good service. BUT i am absolutely displeased with the fact that there are so many internal antenna phones. in fact almost all of them are! and the "internal antenna" idea was a horrible one becuz they are almost immune to getting good service. i mean come on. u have full service , then u place your hand on the phone, and it Immediately goes down it makes me crazy!
and in places where i should be getting 1-2 bars i get zero becuz im "holding" my phone, causing dropped calls more often.
its beyond ridiculous and im tired of it. if tmobile wants to keep me as a valued customer, i think tmobile needs to start having external antennas again becuz they were SO much better.
another thing with internal antennas- sometimes when im holding my phone . it will go to my voicemail if im receiving a call becuz im "blocking the antenna" . um i think i should be allowed to hold my phone wherever i want right? Very frustrating.
anyone agree or have comments?

So how do you 'splain the Razr's good reception? Best reception I've experienced since I was using the brick phones in the early 90s. ALL cellphone reception went to hell with the bag phones. But I CERTAINLY don't want to go back to that.
It might be yer location.
Or not.

The V195 also has an internal antenna and great reception. As small as these antennas are, it doesn't really matter if they're internal or external--either way, they're surrounded by plastic and your head will block either as much as the other.

no its definitely not my location, trust me. i am in a full coverage area and i can stare at the tower from my window. but where i live is not the problem. I dont understand why some people think its okay or understanding for a phone to drop a call with 1 bar. i dont think that is even remotely alright becuase i have had other phones where im talking clearly on ZERO bars. but lets not get off the internal-external antenna topic. Im sorry but internal antennas are very bad i feel like i can only hold the phone in 1 or 2 places for it not to affect the service. and that is annoying
