hello bjoern, i have bought a used 6630 mobile phone. but it has got phone locked. pleas tell me how do i open this lock?.and what kind of software should i have to open this phone lock?i am talking about IMEI number.

The 6630 is not unlockable. The is no free code generator and a (very expensive) hardware solution isn't available yet.
But people claim to be able to unlock it if it comes from "3" Austria and "Orange" UK. Seems they work for those companies and have access to a code generator specially for them.

actually in my country mobile snaching is common on gum point. when someone is looted on gunpoint including his mobile,he immedietely report to the polict station and then police give the instruction the mobile company and then company locks the IMEI number.still i didn't purchase this mobile. because i didn't now that mobile phone can not be unlock.now i will purchase new.
what do u say?
and what do u say about 6680 and 6111?

If it is locked the way you explained it, it would be possible to use the phone again by changing the IMEI - which is illegal.
The 6680 is nearly the same as the 6630. In my opinion it doesn't offer better features which would make the higher price fair (ok, a camera for video calls (I know nobody who does it) and a screen with more colors (where you don't see a real difference in my opinion)).
6111 is nice, but since my personal dislike toward non-smartphones. I'm not a fan of it
