Hello, I have searched in vain for a couple days to find out if putting my 64k sim from my i530 in new I580 will work, I cant upgrade my phone until june 1st and get the full $150 rebate and I cant get ahold of anyone who speaks enough english at nextel to give me a hand At getting a phone with my discount thru work, All they say is to add another line to get a better deal but I already have 3 phones for my whole family and dont want to waste the $ a new battery for my failing I530 again , Long story short what will happen If I buy an I580 or I880 from ebay and put in my 64k sim in place of the 128k sim they use? what will & wont work & will nextel screw with my phone or account, Thanks for any help, I am just super frustrated right now.

Your sim card will work but many of the advance features of the i580 won't work. Don't ask me how I know.

Most features but the multi-media ones should work.
