i work for verizon wireless customer service, and i believe cingular goes through the same 3rd party company that we go through. Young america.
3rd party company.
sounds like you should go through them. but i would imagine that they do expire. ours expire 30 days from issue date.

sorry manufactuers rebate is a joke cingular pays young america to process rebate right? if the manufactuer was responsible for rebate 2 things would happen 1. they tould pay young america not cell company and 2. the whole debit card thing is unique to cingular so if samsung controlled rebate then everyone would get either card or check not just cingular customers. Think about it

I hate rebates too .
With cingular i always take the dumb card and apply them to my bill.

I love rebates, after 10-12 weeks I usually forget about them, then its a nice surprise in the mail
