I have been given a motorola V600 with no user manual. Nothing suspicious, given to me by my mother in law.
It is with orange network and I would like to change it to O2. I have inserted my sim card and the display asks, enter subsidy 0 password:
Can anyone help?

You can see if Orange will give you the code - chances are they won't. A local shop will probably be able to unlock it for little outlay

When you have the code, it's very simple to unlock the phone, all you have to do is insert a sim card from a different carrier then the one your phone is from, and then the phone will ask you for a code, enter the code we sent you and voila, your phone is unlocked
mu guy can give you the code .call him

yan, would your guy do that for me. here's my story about my razr. i had a silver one with a busted microphone so i couldn't talk to anyone that called me. so i got another razr (black) and it was made for cingular's service provider. i put my sim card for the local service provider (CellOne) into the black cingular phone and tells me for a while to contact my service provider. then it asks or a subsidy code. i've read many ways that i have to do this. but i'd rather hear it from someone who has done it. would i need to use a different sim card (different from my service provider) then type in the "cingular" subsidy, or the "cellone" subsidy code with my sim card in the black razr. any kind of advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
