Hello. does anyone know if there is going to be any new verizon phones coming out by may 07'? any responce would be greatly appreciated.  thanks a lot!

The EnV isn't too bad of a phone if you like the qwery key board, and it does have the most requested features on a phone. Can record your own ringtones, 2 mp cam with lens cover and autofocus, mp3, great sound and battery life. If you purchase a phone after March 26th (march 23rd release date for samsung 540, lg 9400, and sliver) then you can test it out for a 30 day period as opposed to 15 days.

I was reading around some other sources that state the exact opposite of that. Are you sure that ringtones can be recorded on the enV? This is likely the phone I will get too, and this isn't a make-or-break feature.just curious.

Yes, when you record your own sounds, send them to yourself as a sms or ems (text or pix msg) and then upon receiving the msg---options, then save the sound into the ringtone folder. from there you can use it.

does nebody know what the features on the SLVR will be? Will it have the 262K screen, or the 65K on the current L6? Also, I've heard reports that VZW is losseing its grip on the menu ordeal, and that they have been much more leniant with the design. I hope they allow it to have Moto UI, b/c they have improved alot, I used a friends L6, and the menu was zippy and intuitive.
