Hello again,
I was just wondering what exactly it is that I need for bluetooth to work with a computer -instead of using the usb cable. Do I just get a bluetooth usb adapter? If that's all I need, what kind is best with the Sony w810i? What all will this work for (pc, laptop?)
Are the ones offered on ebay decent or are they generic junk?
TIA

yep, all you need is the USB dongle. The generic ones on eBay really aren't that great. I bought one and it was crud, I've seen many complaints besides mine. I shelled out a few extra dollars and got a good brand name one. Any dongle will work with your w810i.

Thanks very much. I think it may be worth the few xtra bucks.
Should I get 2.0?
Thanks again.

I would, only because it'll keep you from having to upgrade later on.
