Got an unlocked phone branded with cingular, works fine with the sim card but when it comes to the internet i cant access it at all, i changed my plan and still no change, is there any way to fix this?

You'll need to find the T-Mobile settings that allow you to access the internet. It's not a plan thing, it's a phone settings thing (okay, issue.) Those settings should be available at the T-Mobile site, and I thought they were available around here somewhere, but I might be wrong.
The settings aren't hard to enter, but you need to be patient and enter them exactly as they are posted. With some diligence, it won't be too bad of an experience.

yea that and you can also call coustomer care and they can send you the over the air settings to your phone.

I just received a miami razr (T MOBILE)and was told that it was unlocked for any carrier. When I inserted my sim card from my provider (SUNCOM/AT&T) it asked for a subsidy code? I attempted 1234 but after 3 times the screen said contact service provider? Now I am completely lost and have no idea what to do. Any advice would be most helpful and thank you for your input.

Your phone was locked and you need to get a subsity code to unlock it. Call your provider.

Your phone was locked and you need to get a subsity code to unlock it. Call your provider. |
Do you call your cell phone provider or the company that the phone is listed with?
