Since Wirefly really has no online customer service or anything I was just wondering if anyone can answer a question. And before you say Wirefly sucks, I know. I've read all the reviews all over the place and have spent hours reading horror stories about them. I just want to know the following:
If something goes wrong with a phone purchased through Wirefly in either a couple weeks or a couple of months, can you take it to a Cingular store in the area to get it fixed or must you contact Wirefly to have it repaired?

I have no plans to purchase through Wirefly. Since their site has no information regarding this I was curious which is why I asked. What about after the first 30 days? Will Cingular help you or are you forced to deal with Wirefly directly to get any repair work done if needed?

I have heard absolutely nothing but horror stories about them. Yahoo's reviews of them has nothing but several pages of 1/5 and people complanign about them having no customer service, not processing orders, and ignoring rebates.

Well I have already bought at least 4 phones though WireFly. Paid big money for them too. Was better than having Cingular rollover the plan once again because we needed new phones. Don't know what you guys are talking about with these horror stories. The phones I got were good. But I did buy new phones and top of the line current models. Does that maybe make a differnce?

Its not their phones that's a problem, its their ridiculous policies and the rebates they fail to pay out.

I received all my rebates from them. No complaints.
